I look forward to helping you unlearn patterns that keep you unfulfilled in your life. You have many strengths within you and my role is helping you find ways to lean into these and shed old narratives that cause you to forget your many gifts. Therapy is a vehicle for change and requires a certain level of discomfort. We will explore the waters of discomfort together and develop strategies for coping with it.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, and operate from an ecotherapy lens. What is ecotherapy? It looks many different ways, depending on who the client is: some will opt for outdoor sessions and some will want to explore ways in between their sessions to increase the benefits of therapy by engaging in out-of-doors homework. I weave in knowledge about our connection to nature and how a disconnect from nature often adds to human suffering. Our modern, fast-paced lives were not designed with our well being in mind. Together, we will explore ways you might increase your connection with nature, of which we are all a part, and most of us are totally separate from.
